too w Cappellari Lorenzo Cappellari is Professor of Economics at Università Cattolica in Milan. After receiving his PhD in Economics from the University of Warwick in 2000, he has been post-doctoral research fellow at Università Cattolica in Milan and the Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER) of Essex University, assistant professor at Università del Piemonte Orientale and associate professor at Università Cattolica in Milan. His research interests are in the field of empirical labour economics, in particular earnings and income dynamics, labour market transitions, education, applied microeconometrics. His papers have been published in journals such as Economic Journal, European Economic Review, Journal of Human Resources, Journal of Applied Econometrics, Journal of Population Economics, Labour Economics, Oxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics, Scandinavian Journal of Economics.



He joined IZA as a Research Fellow in November 2003.
